You Don’t Have to Keep Being the Strong One

You’ve held a lot for a long time.

For your family.
For your work.
For everyone else who needed you.

And somewhere along the way… you got lost in it.

You might feel exhausted from trying to keep everything together.
Maybe part of you feels empty, overwhelmed, or quietly “broken.”
From the outside, it may look like you’re doing fine.

But inside—it feels heavy. And you’re tired of just surviving.

You’re not alone in this. And you don’t have to carry it by yourself anymore.

A space where you can finally set some of it down

I offer a steady, non-judgmental therapy space where you don’t have to perform or pretend.

You don’t have to hold it all together here.

You’re welcome exactly as you are—messy thoughts, exhaustion, uncertainty and all.

Because the truth is, the ways you’ve learned to cope didn’t come out of nowhere.
They helped you get through.

Now, together, we can begin to gently understand what you’ve been carrying—and create space for something different.

Something that feels:

  • lighter
  • more sustainable
  • more like you

Therapy that moves at your pace

This is your space. Your process.

We move at a pace that feels manageable—never rushed, never forced.

There’s room here for:

  • honesty
  • vulnerability
  • rest
  • even not knowing what to say

Together, we’ll notice patterns that may be keeping you stuck and explore small, meaningful shifts toward a life that feels more aligned with your values.

If you’re used to being “the strong one,” this work is for you

I’m especially drawn to supporting individuals who are used to carrying more than they should have to, including:

  • Parents who feel lost in self-sacrifice
  • Individuals experiencing burnout or perfectionism
  • Those feeling isolated, disconnected, or like they don’t quite belong
  • Anyone carrying a quiet, ongoing heaviness

If this resonates, you don’t have to keep doing it alone.

A compassionate, real-life approach

My work is collaborative, grounded, and deeply human.

Alongside my clinical experience, my perspective is shaped by my work as:

  • an educator
  • a parent
  • a volunteer crisis responder

I understand how real life doesn’t pause for healing—and how stress, responsibility, and emotional struggles often exist at the same time.

That’s why our work focuses on meaningful change that actually fits your life.

You deserve the same care you give to everyone else

You’ve spent so much time showing up for others.

What would it feel like to be supported, too?

To have a space where you don’t have to be “on.”
Where you can breathe.
Where you can just be human.
