Beginning therapy can feel intimidating. You may wonder whether it will help, or feel like you should already have everything figured out. You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck in people-pleasing patterns, or struggling to navigate emotions, relationships, and life transitions.
You’re not alone — and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.
Healing doesn’t require perfection. It simply asks for a willingness to begin.
As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I offer virtual therapy across Ontario for adult individuals and couples. My approach is integrative, client-centered, and tailored to your unique needs, goals, and lived experience.
Together, we can build practical tools to help you:
I draw from evidence-based approaches including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, and mindfulness-based practices to support meaningful, lasting change.
My goal is to offer a safe, inclusive, and affirming virtual therapy space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to reconnect with your voice and your path.
I provide online therapy in Ontario for adults (18+) and couples seeking support with emotional wellbeing, relationships, communication, and personal growth.
Whether you’re feeling anxious, emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected in your relationships, or unsure how to move forward, therapy can offer a space to slow down, reflect, and begin creating change.
My clinical approach is grounded in:
I believe healing happens when we feel safe enough to explore our inner world with honesty and compassion. My work is both structured and flexible — helping you build insight and practical skills while honouring your unique story.
I am a graduate of the Counselling Psychology program at Yorkville University and a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in Ontario.
Since 2021, I have provided crisis support through Crisis Text Line, helping individuals navigate moments of acute distress. I have also volunteered with organizations focused on Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) education and awareness, which continues to inform my work. DBT remains a strong part of my practice, especially in supporting emotional regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and self-understanding.
Living in Taiwan for over a decade deepened my understanding of cultural diversity and strengthened my commitment to providing culturally responsive therapy.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in education — an experience that continues to shape my approach. Like learning, healing is a process. I aim to support that process with compassion, curiosity, and structure.
I offer virtual psychotherapy across Ontario for:
All sessions are offered online, making therapy accessible from the comfort and privacy of your own space.
“Compassion for others begins with kindness to ourselves.” — Pema Chödrön
It can be easy to offer compassion to others — especially to a child. Yet we often forget that same vulnerable, deserving part still exists within us.
I believe healing is not about erasing the past. It is about building a compassionate relationship with the parts of yourself shaped by your experiences — including those that carry pain, fear, or unmet needs.
Together, we can work to:
I also honour the ways cultural, relational, and systemic factors shape your experience. Therapy with me is not only about individual healing — it is about affirming your full, lived reality.
You deserve a space where your story is honoured — not judged.
Where healing is possible — not rushed.
If you’re ready to begin virtual therapy in Ontario, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and care.
