At Fluxo Psychotherapy, we’re a safe place for the misunderstood, the marginalized, the extra-sensitive, the ambitious perfectionist, and the compassionate activist ready to finally centre their own needs.
Rooted in Zen living, our team takes both a philosophical and practical approach to your therapy, integrating the use of intuitive insight with traditional evidence-based practices.
We offer a flexible, personalized framework to help you move through the world as your truest self so you can find freedom from the dark voices of your past and hope for the next chapter of your life.
Ready to take the next step?
Look, we know you’ve already overcome a lot. More than most. You’re a fighter, after all.
You’ve probably already tried to get help and maybe things were better for a while until…. they weren’t. Or the help you needed never really helped.
If you’re showing up here battle-weary, or even reluctantly, but ready to move forward, you’re in the right place. We can help you:
Seeking support for yourself, when you are the one who always helps everyone else, is not selfish. It’s smart and it’s necessary. None of us can navigate the rocky river of life alone.
Whether you need one-on-one support from a therapist who gets you, relationship guidance when things get extra messy, or a community to help you feel less alone, our compassionate, trauma-informed therapists are here to help.
Find out more below about our accessible, inclusive, and flexible services now available online throughout Ontario and in-person at our offices in Ottawa.

We believe that our lived experiences make us more compassionate, empathetic, and passionate advocates for our clients. While all our stories are uniquely ours, we meet our clients from a place of deep understanding. None of us on earth are immune to struggles but we know first hand what it feels like to walk on the other side of pain and trauma.

Sharing a physical space with someone you trust with your biggest feelings and darkest thoughts can be soothing for some but terrifying for others.
That’s why our team offers both in-person and online therapy options. While in-person appointments are more traditional, there are some unexpected benefits to joining your therapist in a virtual space, instead. If you are Neurodiverse these may especially appeal to you.
Reaching out is the first small step—and it’s a powerful one.
We’ll take it from there, together.

Your journey begins with a free 20-minute online consultation.
This is your space to ask questions, share what’s been weighing on you, and get a feel for how we work—no pressure, no expectations. Just a conversation to see if we’re the right support for your next step.

From the start, we collaborate on goals that feel true to you.
Whether you’re craving calm, clarity, direction, or simply space to breathe—we’ll shape your therapy plan around what genuinely supports your healing and growth. No one-size-fits-all here.

Each session builds gently on the last.
With the right mix of evidence-based tools and intuitive presence, we help you move at your own pace. We stay flexible, responsive, and fully present—so your journey can unfold naturally, with real support at every turn.
